Most treatments will include dietary advice on how to optimise your health in the simplest form by using food as medicine. 

Lifestyle advice will be provided to assist you with your physical, emotional, and mental health. 

Plants as medicine is the oldest form of medicine which has been used for thousands of years. 

Sometimes diet alone cannot provide all the nutrients we need at particular stages of life or during particular life challenges. In these cases supplementation will be recommended. 

For some cases, pathology can help to identify underlying causes of illness or disease. 

If budget is a concern we can try to get these subsidised through Medicare by working with your GP, otherwise I can arrange pathology at a cost to you. 

All pathology costs will be discussed with you prior to order. 

As a health practitioner, it is part of my duty of care to refer you onto another qualified health practitioner if your case could benefit from the expertise of another health professional.
