Classes are held outdoors, overlooking the Keppel Islands on this beautiful deck.
Outdoor blinds block out the sun and excessive wind.

Each class runs for 60 minutes and begins with a few moments of centering and breath awareness, setting the tone for the session.
As the practice unfolds, you will be guided through each asana (pose) with cues to guide you through proper alignment and breath, with the intention of opening up the energy channels of the body.
Please arrive early to allow time for setup before the 9:15 a.m. start.
While I have a few spare mats available, bringing your own is preferred.
A slow flow yoga class emphasizes a mindful and deliberate pace, focusing on smooth transitions between poses and maintaining a steady breath.
This style of yoga encourages deep stretching, improved flexibility, and enhanced body awareness, allowing participants to explore each pose with greater attention and intention.
It’s ideal for those looking to build strength and balance while cultivating a sense of calm and relaxation.
This class is a slightly faster paced class and incorporates options for more challenging poses.
The transitions between poses are executed with grace, creating a seamless movement that feels almost dance-like. Cues given encourage students to be mindful of how you breath, move, and hold yourself both mid pose, and while you are transitioning between poses.
This flow not only enhances the physical experience but also fosters a deeper mind-body connection, aligning each movement with the natural rhythm of your breath.
